Course Outline

Outlook 2013 Level 2

This is a 1 day, instructor-led course.

This course will teach students to use Microsoft Outlook, a powerful personal information management program, to efficiently communicate, schedule appointments and tasks, record information, and organise your files. In this Outlook Level 2 course, students will learn to track and group messages, prioritise and delegate tasks, manage contact records, and create and use templates. They will also learn to use different print styles and archive Outlook items.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will have the skills necessary to:
•   Use Outlook to Manage Items
•   Use Address Books and Message Features
•   Work with Personal Distribution Lists
•   Access the Internet and access Contacts Directly
•   Manage Tasks and Schedule Meetings
•   Work with Templates, Utilize Forms and Create a Form

Delegates should have an understanding of the Windows Operating System along with a working knowledge of the basic functions of Microsoft Outlook 2013. This can be obtained by attending our Microsoft Outlook 2013 Level 1 course.
