This is a 1 day, instructor-led course.

Overview

This course is designed to help participants understand and make the most of Emotional Intelligence, and is suitable for both leaders and individual contributors.

Materials and course content are delivered during the first part of the day and each participant will have a tailored 1:1 session during the afternoon while they will develop their own action plan.

Course Objectives

Delegates will aim to:
•   Improve awareness of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and how to apply it in the workplace and beyond
•   Understand how leaders and managers can develop and use EI to their own and others’ benefit

Upon successful completion of this course, delegates will:
•   Have an outline understanding of their own emotional intelligence
•   Recognise the factors that may affect their own EI
•   Understand the impact of EI on their own leadership behaviours
•   Have a plan to develop their own EI
