Course Outline

Management Development

This is a 3 day, instructor-led course.

This workshop will include some theory, individual & group exercises, role playing & practice sessions.  At the end of the course all attendees will be asked to summarise their learning & what they will apply on returning to their workplace.

After completing the course, attendees will improve their management skills, using leadership skills, planning and coaching their staff, as well as management processes & procedures. They will understand how to encourage their staff to achieve the team goals, where there is a difference in technical knowledge and during periods of crisis.
