Day 1

Social media marketing campaigns require having a clear understanding of what you are trying to achieve. Our workshop will give you the skills to set realistic digital marketing campaign objectives.

Identifying relevant channels and tools
Social media is much more than Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter. The strategy workshop will identify which channels your business could use to best achieve your objectives.

Your position in the social media world
It is important for you to maintain your chosen image in your social marketing. We will help you consider your tone of voice, your social media unique selling point and reasons for engagement.

Identifying your resources
Roles and responsibilities are critical to delivering the campaign effectively. Our workshop will help you make the right decisions when it comes to moving your social media strategy forward.

Integrating cross-channel campaign schedules
Taking social media seriously as a business tool requires an integrated strategy with your existing communication mix. We will advise you on how you can mesh your online and offline marketing, with your social media strategy.

Measuring your success
We will work with you to assess your current situation and guide you in how to set targets to measure the success of your social media, including return on investment. We will also look at analytic tools.

Day 2

You will come away from your social media strategy workshop buzzing with ideas on how to build relationships with new customers – the next stage is to get down to the specifics of your strategy. This session will help you formalise your social media marketing strategy.

We will facilitate your discussions, helping you convert your ideas into a workable social media strategy. We will ask the questions that matter, answering your questions as they arise. We will help you compose your social media strategy document or we can compose one for you based on our discussions.

A documented social media strategy which will set your business up for entering the social world. The document will set out goals, strategy, tactics and everything else you need to move forward with confidence. It will be something you will refer to when putting your social media marketing into place, keeping you on track.
