PRINCE2® 7^th Edition Foundation

This is a 3 day, instructor-led course.

The purpose of the PRINCE2® 7th Edition Foundation training program is to equip participants with a fundamental grasp of modern project management, by diving deep into the PRINCE2® project management method. It also aims to assist participants in their preparation for the PRINCE2® Foundation examination, which includes a web proctored exam voucher as part of the course fee.

This course is aligned with the 7th Edition syllabus by PeopleCert, with continued focus on the traditional challenges of project management, and awareness for today’s environment in which projects are conducted, with a people-centric approach and new project management approaches (Change Management Approach, Commercial Management Approach, Sustainability Management Approach and Data Management Approach).

The course delves into the PRINCE2® framework, its practical application in real-world projects and the Foundation Exam.

PRINCE2® has solidified its position as the foremost approach to project management. It is versatile and can be adapted to various project types, emphasizing tailoring and business alignment. Upon successful completion of this course, students will:

This course is aimed at all members in a project team (administrators, coordinators, managers), aspiring project managers, practising project managers and programme managers. Due to the generic nature of this course, it is also suitable for general managers, staff in a supporting role, and those who wish to gain formal recognition of their skills by taking the PRINCE2® foundation examination or professionals who are looking for generic fundamental project management skills.

While formal prerequisites for attending this course are not mandatory, a foundational understanding of project management would greatly benefit participants.
