Introducing the PRINCE2® 7th Edition Foundation and Practitioner Combined Course

Our PRINCE2® 7th Edition Foundation and Practitioner Combined Course is designed to equip you with a comprehensive understanding of PRINCE2®, the leading project management methodology, and prepare you for both the Foundation and Practitioner examinations.

In this dynamic and intensive program, you will embark on a transformative journey that covers the essential principles, practices, and techniques of PRINCE2® 7th Edition. This combined course seamlessly integrates the content of both the Foundation and Practitioner levels, ensuring you gain a deep and practical knowledge of project management.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will have the skills necessary to:
•   Understand key concepts relating to projects and PRINCE2
•   Understand how the PRINCE2 principles underpin the PRINCE2 method
•   Understand the importance of people in successful projects
•   Understand the PRINCE2 practices and how they are applied throughout the project
•   Understand the PRINCE2 processes and how they are carried out throughout the project
•   Demonstrate a wider appreciation of PRINCE2 skills and know-how, and apply this in a realistic context

This course is aimed at aspiring project managers, practising project managers and programme managers. Line managers with project management responsibilities or looking to advance their careers can also benefit from this training and certification.

The format of the Foundation exam is as follows:
•   Multiple choice questions
•   60 questions per paper
•   36 marks required (out of 60 available) to pass: 60%
•   One hour’s (60 minutes) duration
•   Closed book
•   No prerequisites

The format of the Practitioner exam is as follows:
•   Objective testing
•   70 questions per paper
•   42 marks or more required to pass (out of 70 available): 60%
•   Two-and-a-half hours’ (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time
•   Open book. Candidates are permitted to use the official printed hard copy of the PRINCE2^® 7 Managing Successful Projects. The official manual may be annotated and tabulated but no sticky notes and loose leaf papers containing additional notes will be allowed.

During Open Book examinations you have the option to use your Official Core Guidance Paperback Book, if you have one, or your Official Core Guidance eBook.
