ITIL® v4 Specialist: Collaborate, Assure and Improve
This is a 3 day, instructor-led course.
This 3-day course compiles for the candidates the understanding of the key concepts, principles, value and challenges of ITIL 4’s five management practices, namely, the ITIL 4 Relationship Management Practice, the ITIL 4 Supplier Management Practice, the ITIL 4 Service Level Management Practice, the ITIL 4 Continual Improvement Practice, and the ITIL 4 Information Security Management Practice. It is intended to provide candidates with best practice guidance at both strategic and operational levels of maximizing value from the Practices.
The ITIL 4 Specialist: Collaborate, Assure and Improve combined practice module is for IT professionals aiming to establish good cross-practice collaboration and effective service value streams. The individuals can demonstrate their understanding and application of the key concepts covered in the five ITIL Management Practices at both strategic and operational levels, maximizing value from these practices.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will have the skills necessary to:
• Define the key concepts, principles, value and challenges of ITIL 4’s five management practices
• Ensure stakeholders understand the strategic and operational requirements to co- create value and achieve business goals
• Integrate the practices in the organisation’s value streams
• Understand the interfaces and synergies across these five practices
• Apply metrics and practice success factors to improve performance
• Measure, assess and develop the capability of the various practices covered by using the ITIL Maturity Model
Before attending this course, delegates must have attained an ITIL® v4 Foundation certificate.
This can be achieved by attending our ITIL® v4 Foundation course.
Exam Information
Exam vouchers are provided with this course. These will have a validity of 12 months. You will need to schedule your exam within this time frame.
Exam Format
• 60 questions
• Multiple choice
• 90 minutes
• Closed book
• Pass Mark 65% (39/60)
You will be awarded the ITIL 4 Practice Manager designation once you have successfully achieved the CDS (Create, Deliver and Support) plus the CAI (Collaborate, Assure & Imrpove) certifications.
Certification Renewal
All PeopleCert Global Best Practice certifications need to be renewed every 3 years.
